Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PlaygridOS, a platform for sports clubs and teams operated from Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts for people under 18 are managed by a parent or guardian, or created through a club the athlete belongs to. Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy of what their organization collects and publishes through the platform.

Plans and billing

Team features are free for one team. Team Pro is billed per team, monthly or annually, and starts with a 30-day free trial that doesn't require a card — when a trial ends without an upgrade, nothing is deleted: your data stays viewable and adding new Pro content pauses. Club OS is billed at the organization level. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Registration payments

When a family pays a club through PlaygridOS, the payment is made to the club's own payment account. Refunds are governed by the club's refund policy, which the club configures and PlaygridOS displays. Fees payable by clubs for payment processing are set out in their agreement with us and at the point of setup.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to access data that isn't yours, no scraping or reselling of personal information. Content shared to teams is moderated; we may remove content or suspend accounts that put people — especially children — at risk.

Your data

Clubs own their organizational data; families control their children's personal information as described in our privacy policy, including the right to request erasure.

Disclaimers

PlaygridOS is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
